We cannot understand how Apple’s Store would allow us to download an App and send out an email stating that we are entitled to 14 days to try it and if we are not satisfied we can log into our iTunes account and cancel the purchased item. Nonetheless, that is not the fact, since the reimbursement is up to Apple’s own discretion. Apple is lying to its customers leading them to trust in something that is not real. Apple will start loosening it’s customers due to its fake emails and policies.
